To use our computers, you have to have a library card and a PIN number. The default pin is 1234 or the last 4 digits of your phone number. People forget, or change it, or think they never had one, so it's common for us to look up people's PINs and remind them.
Today, my co-worker had a 14 year old girl come and ask to be reminded of her PIN. Well, apparently she had changed it from the default at some point to be FUCKME12.
How could you forget a PIN like that? Maybe she was trying FUCKME69 and got confused.
